Gallup StrengthsFinder® 2.0 Workshop
|
• |
No matter your role on a team, it is important to understand how you can leverage your own strengths and your team's strengths to solve complex issues. StrengthsFinder® is Gallup's online assessment of your five most powerful strength themes. The Internet-based StrengthsFinder® Profile is the product of a 25-year, multimillion-dollar effort to identify the most prevalent human strengths. This workshop will help you learn the anatomy of a "strength" and to discover the source of your signature strengths. You'll analyze how to put them to work to build a strengths-based team through a guided workshop employing a visual representation of your own unique strengths. This workshop will be led by Gallup StrengthsQuest Advisor, Dr. Colleen P. Ramos.
To enhance the value of this workshop, we recommend (though do not require) you complete the StrengthsFinder® 2.0 online assessment, which can be accessed by purchasing the StrengthsFinder® 2.0 book (access code included with book) through AMAZON.
NOTE: The first 20 people who register for HLS will receive a complimentary copy of StrengthsFinder® 2.0, be asked to take the assessment and may have the opportunity for Strengths analysis during this workshop. |
